15-16 Data Collection #2 and #3

Very important! Please read the instructions tab on how to complete the data sheets.
Data collection #2 refers to pre and post assessments of all services provided during your second semester (usually January to June).
Data collection #3 refers to pre and post assessments of all services provided during the summer (from the day after regular school year ends up until the day before regular school starts for your district).
Once you analyze and reflect on the services your students received please make sure to share the results at your next PAC meeting.
